1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ezxp.gg and our related services (the "Service"), how we use and share it, and your rights. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide:

• Account details: email address and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider);
• Profile details: username and similar in-platform identifiers;
• Verification details, when required: age, identity, and tax information for payouts (e.g., government ID, date of birth);
• Payout details: the account information you give us to send rewards (e.g., PayPal email, wallet address);
• Communications: messages you send us (e.g., support requests).

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, Offers started/completed, Coins earned, and similar activity;
• Device and technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, device and browser identifiers, and similar signals;
• Fraud-prevention signals: device fingerprints, IP and network characteristics, location signals, and behavioral patterns used to detect multi-accounting, bots, location-spoofing, and other abuse;
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties:

• Offer-wall partners, advertisers, and survey providers report your Offer completions and related data to us so we can credit rewards;
• Payment and verification providers may share confirmation and risk information.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and your account;
• Track activity, credit Coins and rewards, and process redemptions and payouts;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms;
• Verify age and identity where required, and gate features and payouts accordingly;
• Communicate with you about your account, rewards, security, and changes;
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting and responding to lawful requests;
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of EZXP, our users, and our partners.

We rely on legal bases including performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and securing the Service), your consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and compliance with law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

• Offer-wall partners, advertisers, and survey providers: to attribute and verify your Offer completions and credit rewards;
• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment, and fraud-prevention vendors who process data on our behalf under contract;
• Payout and verification providers: to deliver rewards and verify identity/age;
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property;
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Some sharing for advertising attribution may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. state laws; where so, we honor opt-out rights (see Section 9).

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Fraud-related signals may be retained longer to prevent repeat abuse. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure usage, and support fraud prevention and attribution. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some may affect how the Service works. Where required, we present a cookie consent choice.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, server-side handling of sensitive operations, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Opt out of "sale"/"sharing" for targeted advertising (U.S. state laws);
• Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (EU/UK).

To exercise rights, contact privacy@ezxp.gg. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children and minors

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; if we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact privacy@ezxp.gg.

Users aged 16–17 may use the Service only consistent with our Terms, including parental/guardian consent and age-based limits on payouts and features. A parent or guardian may contact us to review, correct, or delete their minor's information.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
